Cancellations should be done by filling out the following form at least 10 days (2-weeks) before the 1st of the month or start of the season(if pay in full).
Please note that each class has a limited amount of spaces. If you do not cancel on time, a full refund will NOT be possible because this space was reserved for your child and not offered to another dancer. If your child will be returning - A full credit can be issued upon his/her return.
Refund Policy Refunds after the grace period will be as follows:
Cancel for AutoPay Monthly Plans 2-9 days before 1st of month -

No refund Cancel for Paid in Full Plan 5-9 days before season begins -
80% 1-4 days before season begins -
70% Season Started - Prorated for the amount of time used (@ NonAP rate), minus 20% processing & spot reservation fee.
Costumes $15 re-stocking fee, charged by costume company. $15 shipping (back) fee. $10 admin fee, charged by Infusion Dance
